![]() | MESS BOX CREEK This property is located .4 of a mile West of Robert Lee, Texas.The property has approximately .7 of a mile of paved road frontage. Loop 229 fronts the property .4 of a mile and FM l904 has .3 of a mile frontage on the North. This tract of land is located on the South side of said roads. Lake E. V. Spence shorelines are aprx. 2 miles from the property. The terrain is flat to rolling. The South property line runs East and West along the Colorado River a distance of aprx. 3300 feet.
